You all literally need to understand Richard Siken’s origin story. Imagine being an established poet repeatedly explaining to people that your most famous poetry book was not about Wincest:

anger is human, anger is part of processing, anger exists on a spectrum from mild frustration/annoyance to full rage and all can be needed as a reaction sometimes, anger is not inherently abusive or harmful, expressing anger (especially if you have anger issues) does not make you shameful or scary, anger does not make your point inherently less valuable, anger is a feeling you should be allowed to express.
anger is okay. and if your anger is hurting you, that’s okay too, and you deserve help managing it. this goes double for people who are often stereotyped as angry or scary (black & brown ppl, transfems, ppl with stigmatized disorders, butches and other masc queers, etc). anger is allowed.
you have no idea the amount of composure it takes to censor the name here like. come on fhfhf
if you’re going to come out swinging and accuse someone of having something wrong with them, it’s generally an unforced blunder to accompany that by announcing publicly that you nut so fast that 30 mins is an absurdly long time to you

if the current sociopolitical order is predicated upon replicating abusive and broken family dynamics at macro scale then the next one should replicate the dynamics of a very small mouse and a very large dog having adventures together
i love most technology catastrophe hypotheticals (Roko’s Basilisk, Gray Goo, etc) because dorks who talk about how science and logic are cold and absolute wet their little jeans in their reddit threads about how we need to work on preventing them from happening because they’re an existential threat to humanity, while the people who actually wrote the articles these hypotheticals are from are like “by the way, we definitely don’t have anything even close to the technology we would need to create something like this, and even if we did we would have absolutely no incentive to do so in the first place.”
there is something to be said about how white cis stem boys cannot fathom an existential threat to humanity coming in the form of anything but a Star Trek episode synopsis that was rejected for being a little boring.
